a complete build-out. LND took on the challenge. Mr. Durant
and his team were put under time pressures and several permitting
obstacles – they were able to handle both appropriately
and quickly. Not only were they able to complete the project
within the time constraints, but also kept the project on
budget.
In all my years of experience working on tenant improvements
and the like, I have never had a more pleasurable or professional
experience than the partnership with LND and Mr. Durant.
Should more opportunities to build present themselves,
