A design build project, this is the headquarters for a successful equipment rental company. In conjunction with ART Consulting, and Richard Threlfall, Architect, this 1.9 acre site was developed to accommodate a variety of construction rental equipment and the corporate offices of our client.

The project is located in the heart of the industrial area of Las Vegas, with easy access to both Interstate 15, and the 215 Beltway. This improvement required considerable extensions of power, phone, cable, sewer, and water utilities to serve the clients needs. All improvements were completed on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
