Maverick Mortgage
Completed 2004

This Tenant Improvement to a free standing 5,000 square foot grey shell building is located at 7830 West Sahara near Buffalo. This TI included two full restrooms, an executive restroom, and a kitchen. Due to time constraints, the work needed to be finished within 60 days, start to finish. LND Construction completed the build out and the exquisite interior finishes within the required time frame and on budget.

The second phase of Maverick Mortgage was another 5,000 square foot tenant improvement at 7836 West Sahara, and required similar finishes as phase one. Again the project was finished on time and on budget.

This was a Design Build with plans from Richard Threlfall, Architect, and the MP&E's by LND Construction subcontractors. Phase Two was completed in 2005.
