Majestic Plumbing

Majestic Plumbing's Corporate Headquarters is situated on a 3.5 acre site on Losee Road in the City of North Las Vegas. This building consists of a 30,000 sq. ft. tilt-up structure with a 22 ft. clear height. Majestic Plumbing and it's service company, Rakeman Plumbing, utilize 9,500 sq. ft. as office space and the 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse area is utilized for pre-assembly of large scale projects, and has a 3,000 sq. ft. mechanic's shop attached. In addition to the tilt-up structure a 9,000 sq. ft. single story storage garage was constructed adjacent to the main building. A complete gas and service facility is maintained on this property. High tech security gate operators, security cameras, and computer control equipment was installed to facilitate the management of their 500+ employees.
