Completed 2005

This tenant improvement is located at 8525 Edna, near south Durango. These improvements were facilitated with Richard Threlfall, Architect, and LND's MP&E design professionals. The build out was a complete improvement to a 4,000 square foot grey shell building, to include full restroom facilities, complete kitchen, an IT area, computer mainframe facility, conference room, and general offices. Marble flooring and specialty doors and wall treatments completed the interior design scheme. This project was completed on time and within budget.
