Las Vegas Country Club

The Las Vegas Country Club is located in the heart of Las Vegas, and is the oldest private golf club in the city. LND Construction was selected to complete the remodel of the facility. The Pro Shop was completely remodeled, with new ceilings, floor coverings, casework and granite tops, electrical lighting, new storefront, and exterior modifications. The 11,000 square foot existing outdoor flagstone deck was removed and replaced with a new Italia stamped concrete customized decking material which enhanced no only the appearance, but also the functionality of this entertainment area. LND also completely refurbished two satellite restroom buildings on the golf course, to include all new fixtures, drywall, tile partitions, upgrades to the sewer system and replacement of the shake roofs with concrete tiles. Since the buildings were round, this re-roofing presented a special challenge, which was met by our excellent subcontractor team members. LND and the Las Vegas Country Club have an ongoing relationship, and LND continues to provide remodeling services and consultation on a monthly basis.
