Innovative features of this office building include; indirect lighting systems incorporated throughout the building along with the use of natural light skylights and generous expanses of recessed windows, views of boulder strewn xeriscape vistas from virtually everywhere in the building, and an attractive, slate-clad foyer/reception area, all arranged to enhance and complement the professional business environment.

The clients' desire for expansive windows led to construction with no shear walls. The use of cantilevered steel columns, in lieu of exterior walls, for resistance to lateral forces allows for freedom in incorporating uninterrupted spans of glazing and provided flexibility for any future expansion.

Located on West Sahara, this 10,000 sq. ft. office building was designed to meet the unique challenges an accounting firm faces during the workday.
