Located in the Centennial Hills Town Center Area of Northwest Las Vegas, this building will encompass almost 45,000 square feet of space. It will be comprised of 9,000 square feet of two story offices and approximately 36,000 square feet of state of the art auto collision repair facilities. The building will be a block structure for the offices and a pre-engineered metal building for the auto collision repair facilities. This building will contain five individual paint booths and prep areas for the timely complexion of auto body repairs. In addition to this building, LND will be improving approximately 2 acres of raw land immediately west of the existing dealership encompassing the extension of Centennial Parkway for additional display of the newest Chrysler Jeep models. LND will also construct a storage facility for Mr. Marsh's Antique Auto Collection. This project will be completed in the Spring of 2008.
