This dealership is in the town center of Northwest Las Vegas, located on Centennial Parkway. The project consisted of two components; development of off-site improvements for a 35 acre parcel of land, and the construction of a 58,300 sq. ft. auto dealership upon five of the 35 acres.

The dealership consists of a 28,100 sq. ft. two-story sales/support facility, and a 30,200 sq. ft. service facility. The ground floor facility houses the automobile showroom, reception area, parts and sales areas, executive offices and restroom facilities. The second floor is dedicated to the accounting department, parts storage, an employee break room and room for future expansion.
