Good Shepherd at Desert Springs

The Good Shepherd Healthcare Tenant Improvement was a 4,600 square foot cardiac rehabilitation facility located within the campus of the Desert Springs Hospital at the Burham II Medical Office Facility. LND facilitated the design with the Perlman Group Architectural Firm of Las Vegas. The build-out was completed in a Class A Facility and required extensive coordination with the existing adjoining medical facilities managed by Ensemble Realty, the leader in medical office leasing. The improvements included new bath facilities, kitchen area, a specially designed area for cardiac rehab, as well as state of the art reception and nursing station. The improvements were completed on time and within budget.
