Fountain View Business Park
Completed 1996

Located at Decatur Blvd. and Rochelle in the Southwest portion of Las Vegas, this 38,000 square foot business park provides office lease spaces ranging from 1,200 sq. ft. to 6,000 sq. ft.

The single story garden style development constructed of wood frame and stucco features a centrally located outdoor atrium offering views of plush garden area from all offices.

The architect for this project was KGA Architecture.
