Clark & Addison Tavern

This 6,600 square foot facility is in the planning and design phase and is being facilitated with the Carpenter Sellers Architects Group. It will be located in the latest growth area of Las Vegas - the southwest area at Buffalo and Arby.
Surrounded by a new hospital, office buildings and high rise
condominium developments, this tavern/restaurant will be the
premier attraction to these employees and homeowners. The Chicago
themed building is representative of the locations near the
Chicago Cubs Wrigley Field area in Chicago. The building features
a two-story atrium bar area, an outdoor dining patio with a
view of the Red Rock Mountains, and a second story restaurant
for dining and special events. This one acre facility is located
within a five acre subdivision and all offsite improvements
for the subdivision will be completed simultaneously with the
construction of the Clark & Addison Tavern. Plans are 90% complete, and construction is anticipated to begin late 2006.
