Bank of Nevada Aliante

This retail project is located in North Las Vegas in a retail center developed by American Nevada Company, and is owned by Bank of Nevada, formerly BankWest of Nevada, and was designed by KGA Architects, with civil and landscape engineering performed by Poggemeyer.

The building itself is a 6,702 square foot free-standing, single story, full service regional bank offering safety box service, a Class One Vault, the most advanced security systems and a three lane drive through / ATM facility. Contributing to the complexity of the project, is the 31 foot high clerestory lobby. The lobby will be complimented by an imported slate tile and copper cladding. The interior, designed by WA Design Group, features granite counter tops blending exceptionally well with the exquisite marble flooring.

The exterior of the building will be accentuated with the same imported sandstone from India and copper cladding on the double domed roof. The building is a frame/stucco that features a technologically advanced hybrid stucco finish system.
